That's why we started SLA, our own organic salad bar with rich dishes full of flavor, vitamins, proteins, and all kinds of other deliciousness at a fair price. Our menu is filled with flavors from around the world. And whatever you choose, it's all good. Lick your fingers with our vegan "kapsalon" salad with roasted sweet potato and pickled red cabbage, our oven-baked falafel with creamy tahini dressing, or indulge in the special Greek-style pulled oats gyros with vegan tzatziki.

Fortunately, we weren't the only ones with a lust for greens. Because now, ten years later, you can find us in 9 different cities: Amsterdam, Amersfoort, The Hague, Delft, Groningen, Haarlem, Leiden, Utrecht, and Rotterdam.
