As a Junior Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the optimal functioning of the SLA store, with the goal of eventually progressing to the position of independent Store Manager.
You will gain knowledge of all aspects of entrepreneurship and be responsible for the smooth operation of a team of SLA makers whom you will instruct, guide, coach, and motivate on a daily basis. Running the store also involves various administrative tasks, including keeping track of KPI's and personnel administration.
In this role, you have the opportunity to develop into an independent leader and acquire all the skills necessary to manage your own store.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required. Dutch is preferred.
