Do you dream of running your own business but want to gain more experience first? As a (Junior) Store Manager at SLA Haarlem, you are at the helm of your own store — perfect for aspiring entrepreneurs!

In your store, you strive every day for the highest possible quality of our product. And that’s not just a delicious, fresh, healthy salad — it’s the entire SLA experience. You are responsible for the full operation of your store and aim to deliver outstanding service and customer experience.

What you’ll do

As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of your SLA store. You:

• Support recruitment and build your team

• Create schedules and manage labor costs

• Handle purchasing and monitor the freshness of ingredients

• Ensure hygiene standards and oversee HACCP compliance

• Work on the floor 90% of the time — leading with energy and by example

• Train and develop your team

You are the driving force behind your team: an enthusiastic leader, quick thinker, and positive problem-solver. As the face of your store, you embody SLA’s core values and know how to convey them to both your team and customers.

What we offer

• A flexible contract of 32–38 hours per week

About you

• Experience in hospitality is a plus, but your drive, sense of responsibility, and leadership qualities matter even more to us.

• You are hands-on and know how to motivate your team with enthusiasm.

• You think in solutions, act quickly, and stay organized — even during busy moments.

• A 9-to-5 mentality does not suit you; you are flexible and willing to go the extra mile when needed.

• You speak fluent Dutch and English.

• You are flexibly available for varying shifts, including weekends.

• And of course: you love healthy, delicious food.
