Do you dream of having your own business but do you want to gain a good portion of experience first? As a Store Manager at SLA you are at the helm of your own store; perfect for aspiring entrepreneurs!

In your own store you strive for the highest possible quality of our product. And that's not just a delicious fresh healthy salad, but the entire experience of a visit to SLA. You are therefore responsible for the operation of your branch and strive for the ultimate service and customer experience.

You are responsible for the optimal functioning of your own team of SLA makers, whom you instruct, guide, coach and motivate on a daily basis. You are the linchpin of your team, an enthusiastic leader, quick thinker & positive problem solver.

Although it is a cooperative position and you will be on the floor a lot, running your store naturally also involves administrative work. You ensure that purchasing figures and personnel administration are up-to-date and you strive to achieve the intended targets.

You are the business card of your store: you act on the basis of the core values of SLA and you also know how to convey these to both your team and customers.

This is an independent position with plenty of room to develop and gain managerial experience. You will be managed by our back office team.

About you

• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry (preferably in a fast-casual concept)

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership position (preferably in a restaurant setting)

• Strong communication skills

• Mastery of the English language in word and writing. Mastery of Dutch is strongly preferred

YOU ARE:

• Available between 32 and 38 hours per week
• Available to work in the weekends and on holidays

YOU HAVE:

• An affinity with healthy heating
• An affinity with working in a young team
