About the role

In your store, you strive every day for the highest possible quality of our product. And that’s not just a delicious, fresh, healthy salad, but the entire experience of visiting SLA. You are responsible for the operations of your branch and aim to deliver exceptional service and customer experience.
Tasks and responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily ins and outs of your SLA store. You:
Recruits, trains, and motivates your team.
Creates staff schedules and monitors labour and operational costs.
Responsible for purchasing, inventory management, and product quality.
Ensures hygiene standards and compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Conducts performance reviews and organizes team activities.
Actively works on the floor and leads by example.
You’ll be supported by our operations team, but you run your store like a true entrepreneur.
You are the driving force of your team: an enthusiastic leader, quick thinker, and positive problem-solver. As the face of your store, you embody SLA’s core values and know how to communicate them effectively to both your team and your customers.
About you
You have at least 2 years of hospitality experience, including 1 year in a leadership role
You have a hands-on mentality and motivate your team with enthusiasm
You think in solutions and maintain a clear overview
You speak Dutch and English
You are available for flexible shifts, including weekends
And of course: you love healthy, delicious food
